I have tried three times to reach the publisher via their contact form and I have yet to get any sort of response.
I purchased a multi-seat license to WP AdCenter to manage ads on 2 websites. I like most things about the plugin, however, there are some features I require that are missing from the software. I would like to know if there is any way to get the raw stats data so that I can provide cumulative totals and other analysis to internal management and external advertisers.
The graphic chart is extremely limited in its value as you cannot get totals, click-through percentages, etc. Even getting single data points requires hovering and writing down the numbers manually for each point on the graph. Without access to the data in Excel or CSV format, the plugin becomes almost completely useless.
We need a resolution to this issue soon. I need to get SOME sort of feedback from the developer as to whether I can access my complete data, otherwise I will have to consider the money and time spent on this software as wasted and search for a different ad manager.
